For long gun raffles, participants must be at least 18 years old, or 21 in states where applicable. It is the participant’s responsibility to know and comply with their local laws.

3. **Background Checks**: All winners must successfully pass local, state, and federal background checks.

4. **Firearm Pickup**: All firearms must be picked up at a licensed federal firearms dealer by the winner.

6.  **The raffle will commence once all tickets are sold; if tickets are still available, the raffle is ongoing.
